Enterprise & Data Architecture Leader with more than 20 years of IT experience and over 15 years designing and evolving eCommerce, cloud and highly integrated systems. I design the architecture and build the software that makes it run.

I develop backends, enterprise integrations and AI-driven applications on GCP and multi-cloud. I lead architecture rationalization, cloud modernization and data-driven transformation, focused on Data Fabric, Decision Intelligence, advanced BI, operational automation, FinOps and AI-ready foundations.

Positioning

My distinctive positioning is covering the full chain, from strategy to architecture to production code: I design platforms, standards and interface agreements, and I build the application layers that integrate systems such as SAP, WMS and OMS with traceable flows, governed states and audit. The result: less complexity, lower TCO and less dependence on manual intervention.

In practice: I take a complex operational process and turn it into a system with defined states, traced asynchronous integrations (retry, dead-letter, outcome logs) and user- and technical-level audit, from assessment to go-live.

Approach

I turn complex systems into modular, governable platforms: frontend, backend, integration layer, state machine and audit kept separate and measurable. Every component has to be observable, reusable and traceable, so operators can see the states and decision-makers have numbers to rely on.

Guiding principle: no state transition without a trace, no integration without a logged outcome. What you can't measure, you can't govern.
